Since every L’Amour Brilliance piece is made to order, production and delivery typically take 1–2 weeks from the date you approve the final 3D design.

Yes, we do. We offer certified lab-grown diamonds, graded by IGI. All lab diamonds 1 carat and above include an official certificate for your peace of mind.

Warranty & Care
Yes, we do. All of our jewelry is covered by our Lifetime Warranty, which includes rhodium dipping and prong tightening, as well as cleaning services for your ring over time - for the price of shipping alone. You can read more about our Lifetime Warrantyhere.
The processing time for repairs and return shipment to you typically takes 40–45 days, starting from the date we receive the item from you. Your piece will be carefully handled by our skilled jewelers, and we will provide updates during the process when needed.
At this time, we do not offer product insurance. However, every piece from L’Amour Brilliance includes a unique product certificate and, when applicable, a diamond or gemstone certificate.
To ensure these important documents are preserved and never misplaced, we also provide digital copies for your records and long-term safekeeping.

Any rings bought directly from L'Amour Brilliance are eligible for the first re-size free of charge within twelve (12) months after the L'Amour Brilliance shipping confirmation date of your order (excluding round-trip shipping and product insurance fees). You will be responsible for any costs associated with subsequent re-sizing requests.
