1. Shipping Coverage & Method

Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders.

Preferred carriers: FedEx, DHL, UPS (or equivalent reputable services).

For special delivery requests (e.g. urgent shipping or alternative carriers), please contact us at contact@lamourbrilliance.com before placing your order. Additional charges may apply.

 

2. Lead Time & Order Processing

Every L’Amour Brilliance piece is made to order, production and delivery typically take 1–2 weeks from the date you approve the final 3D design.

Delays due to natural disasters, transportation disruptions, or unforeseen events will be communicated via email/SMS if exceeding 5 business days.

 

3. Customs & Duties

Customer’s Responsibility: Import duties, VAT, customs fees, or any other related charges are to be paid by the customer. Payment must be made directly to the carrier or customs authority upon delivery, if applicable.

Document Support: Upon request, we provide commercial invoices, packing lists, or other necessary documents for customs clearance.

 

4. Tracking

Tracking Number: An email/SMS with tracking details will be sent once your order ships. You may track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

Delayed Tracking: If you do not receive a tracking number within 2 business days after shipment, please contact Customer Support immediately.

 

5. Shipping Insurance

Full Value Coverage: All shipments are insured at 100% of their value during transit, including risks of loss, damage, or theft. Insurance fees are fully covered by L’Amour Brilliance.

Claims Process: In case of damage or loss, please report within 3 days of delivery. Include photos of the damage and any relevant documents from the carrier. We will coordinate with the shipping provider to issue compensation or send a replacement product.

Third-Party Carriers: If the customer chooses a carrier not designated by L’Amour Brilliance, the company is not liable for any loss or damage. Claims must be handled directly with the chosen carrier.

 

6. Delivery & Address Changes

Signature Required: Shipments must be delivered directly to the address provided. A signature or OTP verification may be required depending on the carrier.

Changing the Shipping Address: Address changes are accepted before the order status is marked “Ready to Ship.” Once tracking has been issued, address changes may not be guaranteed. Additional shipping charges, customs fees, or tax differences caused by the address change are the customer’s responsibility.

 

7. General Terms

Exclusions: Free shipping and insurance do not include import duties, VAT, or local taxes. Customers are responsible for checking and paying these fees if applicable.

L’Amour Brilliance Commitments: Deliver the correct product with verified quality and all accessories. Support with required documents and information for customs clearance. Provide compensation or replacement for lost or damaged shipments when our designated carriers are used.

Limitations of Liability: L’Amour Brilliance is not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, or other uncontrollable events. We will notify customers promptly and offer solutions or partial refunds for undelivered items, where appropriate.

At L'amour Brilliance, we are committed to stopping the diamond trade conflict. Together with our vendors, we work to the standards laid out in the Kimberley Process and US law.

Our Policy on Diamonds

We make sure that all the diamonds we buy and use are certified under the Kimberley Process. So far, we have had no cases of conflict diamonds being used in our jewellery. If such a case were to happen, we would immediately stop collaborating with the vendor and look to pursue legal action.

Our Policy on Gold

We work with certified, ethical mines and gold resellers. We do not do business with organizations that do not meet our social, environmental and human rights standards. Where possible, we always strive to use recycled gold.

Our Screening Process

We screen our suppliers to make sure they offer no conflict diamonds or dirty gold. We do this by looking at their past purchase and sale histories, as well as carrying out our own primary research.

Professional Product Appraisal

Every L’Amour Brilliance piece is accompanied by a complimentary in-house product appraisal. It documents the materials and craftsmanship of your jewelry and states an estimated retail value for your records.


Please note: Our appraisal is for product documentation and valuation purposes only and is not intended for insurance use.

What our appraisal includes

  • Metal: type, fineness, finish, ring size.
  • Gemstones: shape, carat weight, measurements, color/clarity/cut grades (when applicable).
  • Mounting & workmanship: setting style, side stones, overall dimensions.
  • Supporting details: certificate number and scan (GIA/IGI or equivalent, when applicable), photos, invoice/reference.
  • Estimated retail value for client records.

About insurance

Coverage requirements vary by insurer. Some carriers may request an independent insurance appraisal issued by a certified gemologist. If you need one, email contact@lamourbrilliance.com and we’ll recommend reputable third-party appraisers (independent; fees paid directly to them).
